well if you have a copy of your profile folder (same name as your profile) all you have to do is create a new profile with the same exact name from in game then join a game, exit to windows and then copy paste your profile folder into your cod4 installation overwriting the files. then load it up and join a game and play for a bit for it to save. I played for 1 round just to be safe.

Exactly what he said. MAKE SURE the serials are the same, or your multiplayer stats will be reset.
