This prob started when i took my m/b out of my case, i have it ontop of a box and my graphics card doesnt sit straight. Beacause of its weight it leans to one side, and nearly every time i load a game i get an error message saying 'insuficient power to run graphics card'. Is this because it isnt sitting straight i cant think of anything else, i have a 1000w psu that isnt the prob, any ideas?

make sure you plugged in the PCI-E power connectors... and then if they are plugged in, try to prop something up next to the card to prevent it from tilting... the stress on the PCB won't help matters now or in the long run...
after that, try unplugging some of your hardware and trying the card... unplug all unnecessary things like the optical drives, extra hard drives, extra ram etc. and then see if it works
