Hi All,
I'm going to c/o my MB, from Asus to Gigabyte Do I have to reload all program or not? thank you :confused::confused:

generally recommended, yes, but u can get away with not doing it.. best way would be to unistall all drivers, change mobo, then reinstall new drivers.. gl :up:
Thanks , But how can I uninstall all the driver ( for ASUS ) from the old HD.:confused:

control panel > 'add or remove programs' :up:
Only all the drive that belong to ASUS?? or all the drive such as Video card , Key board mice, etc?? Thanks

remove what i have circled in red - remember, ur pc will not be @ its optimum without a full wipe & re-install!
btw, how many hdds do u have?

which chipset/northbridge is the Asus mobo?

It will be better to do a clean install of all software, XP, Office etc etc etc.........
There is no way to know if the old install will work on the new MB, it could be different bios, chip set etc etc..........

I had good experience with that. Even going P965-P35-G33.
Vista swallows it up like a champ. Finds new hardware installs its own drivers for a start and you are good to go.
But I don't like that. Sometimes it feels "just not right" when you use a computer after a move like that.
Better to do a clean install.
Thank to all.:up::D I guess I will go for the clean install to prevent not bump my head to the wall latter on.
- My NB, SB, Mostfet block from below. I don't have any block for Gigabyte yet, Any suggestion.
