PSU Grounding Wire?

First time setting everything up in my case and I know this is a stupid question, but where on earth does the grounding wire get attached to? Can it just be connected to one of the bay drive screws thats holding the cd rom or something?

Attach it to a unpainted metal part of your computer case.

The unpainted part is key, paint tends to not conduct too well. MUST ground with the case, not just a screw.
