Motherboard advice

I would be upgrading from an Intel Bad Axe 2.

I'm thinking this might be a good choice, in order to later on upgrade to an 8400.

Do you guys think this would be a decent upgrade?

I was going to buy an open box Asus P5K-Deluxe, but I settled for a new P5K-E

the 8400 is a great cpu go for it cheap and great performance

Not sure how good the MSI P35 boards were for overclocking.
