i'm not a huge fan of that motherboard. i'm not a huge fan of the 750i chipset overall. it only offers x8 PCI-E lanes in SLI mode, which seems really dated to me. Nvidia chipsets are expensive though, and i think i've heard that 680i isn't compatible with Penryns? if that's true, i guess you picked a good compromise. not my cup of tea though.
also, make sure you get the 620W power supply if you really plan on going SLI in the future. a 620 will be strong enough to power two 8800 GT's or two 9600 GT's.
last but not least, don't get DDR2 800 memory if you're getting a Wolfdale and overclocking. those things can hit 450 FSB easily, so you'll be a lot happier in the long run if you spend a little extra and get some DDR2 1066 instead.

well, some good stores for new zealand would be
Stores with awesome customer service and good prices
www.playtech.co.nz
www.computerlounge.co.nz
Stores with awesome service and average prices
www.ascent.co.nz
Stores with good/okay service and good prices
www.ifocus.co.nz
Stores with Im not sure service and really good prices on most things
www.c1com.co.nz
these are all from my personal experience, i mainly deal with playtech because
they have good prices but awesome customer service, best ive delt with.
All these are based in auckland i think, so if you live there, it will save a lil with shipping.
EDIT:
msi p7n sli premium - i cant find the premium, but theres the 780i and 750i versions
