Hello everyone...
I'm going to describe my problem short and clear. I have Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit running on my PC. I've installed all required drivers. And when I hit ALT+CTRL+DEL, or I run any 3D game or application I see screen like that:

All I can do, after this screen appeared is restart the PC by reset button on case.

I've tried many solutions: I changed Forceware version (now I'm running on the newest Beta version 175.12), I lowered GPU and VMEM clocks (although my graphic card isn't overclocked...), I increased PCI-E bus, and finally I re-installed the OS. It hasn't helped.
What can I do in this situattion? On WinXP all works without any problems.

My configuration is in signature.

Try your videocard on a different machine

I'm presuming that by their last "it works on WinXP no problems" comment they mean that their machine is dual-booting the two, and the card works under XP - which would suggest that it's definitely a software issue.

Yes, I have XP on second HDD, and now I'm running on it. And all works without any problems. I think it's nvidia driver's problem, but I still haven't found good solution...
And maybe it's important: I forgot to write in previous post - my Vista has a Service Pack 1.

Completely un-install all your video drivers, and then your motherboards drivers. Then re-install first your motherboard drivers, and then for your video drivers, try the 174.74 drivers. You can find these either on nVidia's beta/archive drivers section, or visit www.guru3d.com and go to the Vista display drivers in the download section.

If the green screen goes away, but you get the "nvlddmkm has stopped working..." message, come visit my NVLDDMKM group I made on facebook for some advice.

If all fails, open up device manager, select your video card, click "update driver" and let windows update find a driver for you. If this STILL does not work, test your card on another system running Vista.
