Sad but true. MS has lost many billions of dollars in legal costs and settlements, just by attemting 'lost cause trials'. They'll still do this, and somehow it is worth it to them. So I am not surprised by Apple taking a similar road, as they are trying so desperately to be another Microsoft, in my opininon.

Google and Apple are worse than MS, unfortunately so, IMHO.

They are all three so in the business of making money and attract attention, it isn't funny.

furthermore, the ipods got by far the worst audio quality. when comparing my meizu m6 to the ipod of a friend of mine, the only thing i can say is that the ipod sounds like crap.

How is google worse than MS?
I use many of their servies (gmail, search, youtube, picasa) for free; and
with adblock, I only see a fraction of their ads.

how can you compare a ipod to a cellphone.... i have a sony w850 is its a pain in the ass to use. itune is much nicer to you than the sony software.

why would u be listening to mp3 players if you care so much about sound quality. go buy $200soundcard/$300amp/$500headphones if you really care about sound quality and stop whining about a $140 mp3 player not sounding similar to it.

ive had alot of mp3 players since i dont really keep any longer then 4month. ipod is the easiest to use and the difference in sound quality compared to similar products such as creative and sandisk is unnoticeable. plus the touch wheel or whatever you want to call it its better then anything else avail.

I like the creative software for my Zen V Plus 4GB. Transfers are easy and it doesnt force me to use anything like iTunes. :)

No, they did not "sue". Apple is appealing New York's adoption of a new logo. It's up to the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the patent office to decide, not a court.

I commented on the fact that when i finished installing Itunes (wich was just as easy as with every other software) it automaticly started scanning my HD for music even tho i didnt ask it todo so, further i couldnt stop this wich i rly wanted to cause i didnt have the time. This has nothing todo with my skills.

besides that itunes needed an hour to scan the music i had on that HD (im happy i only had part of my music on that HD) were as Sonicstage needed a lil over 15 minuts todo the exact same thing on the same laptop with the exact same music files.

Then again, it’s not an Apple’s problem. That’s why sometimes it’s so annoying when Apple (or any company, but Apple seems to be a constant target) is blamed for the incompetence/ignorance of its customers.
