You have excellent taste in PC cases...

We are traveling similar roads. I'll post up a thread here one of these days when I get farther along but you can check out my work log over on XCPUs:

Thanks. Would you mind telling the approximate cost of powder coating? I've planned to get mine anodized which will run ~$75 at a local shop.

Doesn't that pic of all the EK blocks plus Swiftech parts just warm your heart?

What method did you use to remove the NB/SB/VRM heat sinks?

You're doing really great man, the powder coating looks awesome. Can I give you the advise of NOT using flashlight....NEVER. Flashlight is never needed. almost every cam has a nightsetting, use it without a flashlight and put your camera on a couple of books or something. :)

keep on going m8, looks nice with the alu plate behind the mobo tray.

Look this was taken at night with no light only a little light from my lamp, so just the nightsetting (this with a 5.1 mp digicam 100ISO nightsetting no flash and 2sec automatic click)

example at night (http://img150.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dscf1088zf3.jpg)

cheers I'll be following your process!

dnb, so use night settings on even the simplest digi-cam?

trick is to use a stand to keep it stationary?

"trick is to use a stand to keep it stationary?" This is VERY important, with nightsetting ON, it has to stand deadstill. If the cam moves on the stand / tripod it will not work. this is because the nightsetting uses a longer time to make the pic. with my simple cam it takes like 1,3 seconds.

I just have a 5.1 MP digital camera which is fckd up. I even use the nightsetting on these things when it's in the middle of the day
For example, these two pics were made 2 mins after eachother (THIS IS NOT PHOTOSHOPPED THIS IS RAW) I don't have a tripod so I use a CD box instead.
Look at the difference -->

Settings:
ISO 100
2sec countdown
automatic setting
no flash
macro ON
78084

dnb, i tryed without the flash like you said and some of the pics came out real dark even with 2 lamps and the overhead light on in my room. so i used the flash on night setting and it seamed to come out nice. i talked to this chick at work thats real into taking pics and she agreed with you, said it may be my cam being older thats doing it.. she offerd to come take pics with her SLR (some $1500 cam)for me when i finished
