If anyone has as abit ic7 board, I would sure appreciate it if you could tell me approx. how hot your mosfits gets under load. Mine will go to about 62c @ load and @ 1.7v which seems extremly hot. I have cut some sinks and will epoxy them on tonight. I was just wondering if this is normal. Thanks
I don't know if that's normal, but if you keep 'em colder your board will be more stable

That's really hot!
My P4C's mosfets are barely warm to touch..... I'm runnin' 1.5V though....
As Teus says cooling them will make your clocks stable and more important - your Vcore...

Mine were as well. I went with the heatsinks, but ended up adding an 80mm fan blowing on them, aim it right next to the 12v connector, the fan dropped the PWN temps by 7c. Heres my thread from a while back.
