I Have a Is7 and I was thinking about getting the new IC7Max3, does it worth the extra 100 bucks?>

Not saying i am not worthy of doing v-mods, i have done quite a few. But this board comes with everything I could ask for, right from abit. That is worthy enough for me.

3.2, that was a good factor and the fsb clocks i have been seeing on them.

big old negative for me.
I'd say just get a P4C and do the Vdimm mod yourself and save 125...
(newegg refurbs on the P4C are 99 dollars)
