How can I set high details on COD4? (XP 32)

I cannot set details to "high". I can just choose normal on most of the stuff. Is it some "high details only in vista" crap or is "normal" the highest possible setting? I've read its the latter, but I find it difficult to believe. Only "low" and "normal" for most of the graphic settings?

People, just look at your graphic options and tell me if you can set it higher than "normal".

Mine go low/normal/high/extra, with the highest probably being extra. :)

All settings go to 'normal', except for the texture settings.

Oops, yeah I meant my texture settings go all the way to extra. Or else they just go to normal. :yawn:
