or would it be better to run a program like CPU-BurnIN or Toast?

Good question. F@H uses no Kernel processes, so I don't think it would be the best burn-in program to use for a proc. But I may be wrong.

I set up one of my rigs, had it oced. Running F@H 24/7 decided to run prime95 or whatever that burn in prog is. It locked up the instant I started prog. Folding only used what available it doesn,t stress cpu.
