That's easy Mytek, its called expanding braid normally or wire loom.

1.75 insnt to large for this kind of insulation?
1.5 sounds better...

Thats flat across, so 3.5" diameter, divide by 3.14 and you get...
1.15" diameter tube. So nope, works absolutely perfectly for single stages and expands enough for cascade ;)

Hmmm... I'm afraid this would be too small for what I needed (using double wall insulation: Inner = 0.5" ID x 3/4" wall, with outer = 2.0" ID x 1/2" wall, total OD = 3.0"). Presently the braid I do have, is a bit on the too big side, just looking for a better solution.
Sorry for the :off:
Edit: My actual insulation diameter is more like 2.75" due to the fact that I used a slightly smaller ID on the outer insulation which sqeezed the overall size down a bit.

Yes please do :)
I also found this: BRAIDED-NYLON-SLEEVING-1-25-OD-X-250-FT-LONG (http://cgi.ebay.com/BRAIDED-NYLON-SLEEVING-1-25-OD-X-250-FT-LONG_W0QQitemZ250235542542QQihZ015QQcategoryZ4667Q QssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)
Way more than I need, but it's white (which would look nice with my case).
Let's move this over to my autocascade thread.
Sorry Spacemaster :(

Here is a better place for the sleeving if you want a choice of colors and sizes http://cableorganizer.com/braided-sleeving/
they also have colored heat shrink and about anything else you could need.
