What's the best tool and method for cutting a hole in Acrylic? I am building a new case and my Roto-Zip just chips the Acrylic. I am trying to cut a few round holes and also some rectangle holes for the PSU, motherboard tray and 5 1/4" bay.

Thanks,

A jig saw or scroll saw works well. Just make sure you use a slow speed a a blade that has a good number of teeth per inch. If the blade moves too fast it will melt the material and not cut it. You can also use a hole saw to get the round cuts.
