Help, OC E8400 on Phase Change

Hello,

For the first time I have a Phase Change system & E8400.

I was hoping to have it OC to 4.6ghz or more.

I am able to boot into Windows up to 4.8ghz but no matter what I try, I can't even get it stable at 4.5ghz, Prime95 fails anywhere from 5-30 minutes.

Is having this CPU on Phase OC to 4.6ghz too unreasonable to expect ? I know not every CPU OC the same.

I have the new Asus Rampage X48 mobo.
Patriot DDR2 1200
Antec 650W Power Supply
8600GTS Video Card
Antec 900 case

Right now I have FSB at 500, Memory at 1002mhz

I have tried so any settings, having CPU Voltage even up to 1.75V & still can't get it stable.

Can any help ? Does anyone have this mobo, & what settings are the using ?

Even just help to get stable at 4.5ghz...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
