To extend my rad and radbox out about an extra inch I used the 1/2" stock spacers and 1" spacers along with 2 1/2" screws. I needed the extra length so my tubing wouldn't kink. It worked out well and its still very strong.

This is what I am looking for. I have the PA 120.3 on order with the swiftech rad box. Does the rad box come with the spacers?

The radbox should come with 1/2" spacers. To extend it out further like mine you need to add a second set of spacers and get some new longer screws.
