The question is simple! :) How "big" clock I can expect with the SS for QX9650 and QX9770, all this for 24/7?

Depends on the chip but I think your question would be better suited to the overclocking area's. :)

4.5GHz - 5GHz depending on how many volts you want to feed it and how powerful your single-stage is. Most can do 4.5GHz on air but anything above that requires high voltages so going sub-zero helps with that.
