Ive had my new q6600 dfi lanparty DK set up going for about 2 months now and today suddenly it just wants to get to the screen where it displays the mobo type. It gets no further, i cant hear the HD's spin up and clearing the cmos makes no difference. Seeing as to how this setup starts up but wont get to the POST i was thinking that it was the mobo. I have no gear to swap and see which is the problem though. I did oc the cpu but only to 3.2 ghz and on stock vcore and it ran totally fine until today. I had a Ultima 90 on the cpu and it never got hot at all.
All help appreciated.
With no parts to substitute your kind of backed into a corner. If you're thinking it's the board RMA it. If bad when you receive it back you'll be up and running. If nothing is wrong with the board that will be one component eliminated.

Well today i jus tlet it sit for abotu 10-15 minutes just to see what would happen and it slowly and i do mean slowly booted. It seemed to hang at every screen and didnt really want to get any farther. Once it got into windows it seemed to be ok. I restarted it and it took forever again. SHould i try reflashing teh bios? THis is at stock speeds on the cpu.
Flashing in that condition is risky. But if you are going to RMA the board anyway you don't have much to lose. I wouldn't flash from within Windows though.
