Is there any way to overclock intel motherboard like DG965SS? I tried to use ClockGen, but as I saw, there is no support for 965 chipset.

Overclock the motherboard - probably not. There are some hacked BIOSes etc. floating around but you'd probably have a hard time finding one that's right for you.
Overclock the CPU - possible. There are a number of "pin mods" that you can do to the CPU itself that allow you to trick it into running at a higher FSB if your motherboard doesn't support it. What model CPU have you got?

I have Core 2 Duo E4400. How safe pin modding is? Is it possible to take it back to previous state ?
Sorry for my bad english.

If you're using a confirmed-working mod, it should be perfectly safe - or at least as safe as raising the FSB via motherboard ever would be.
This (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=182232) (confirmed here (http://www.techspot.com/gallery/showphoto.php/photo/1887/cat/500/ppuser/25139)) shows the traces on the underside of the CPU you need to connect using some conductive material. If you choose something you can remove afterwards, then it is perfectly possible to return the CPU to stock. Without changing your CPU voltage, I'd recommend not going any higher than 1,066 FSB (ie. the "red" mod in the first link, not the "blue", and the mod in the second link).

Thank's a lot for a great help. I'm sure I'll try this.
