I've been looking for an e-tailer with this memory in stock (at least one that is not price gouging) but not having much luck. Do you see inventory improving any time soon?
For example Newegg is out of stock, with an ETA of 4/15/08.

I will ask the sales team who expects to have it first.

Grrr, found it in stock at Zipzoomfly, but won't take my stupid debit card.

Figures, my debit card wouldn't work at Zipzoomfly, so I initiated a transfer from checking to Paypal, and now Newegg has them in stock, my debit card works at the Egg....

Just hope that the stock lasts the couple of days it takes the funds to hit my paypal account.
I've never understood why they don't have a cancel option on the transfer to and from accounts.

Can you recomend one of these 2x2GB kits over the other? Would be using in an EVGA 790i, with the possibility of going 4x2GB..

Well I finally picked up a 2x2GB kit of OCZ3P1600EB4GK, only to be assaulted by BSOD after BSOD, pulled them back out to update Vista and install SP1. I will then try again.

Ran Microsoft's memory diagnostic, no problems found with memory. Timings 7-6-6-24, sub-timings are all in auto.
Tried to load and play COD4, no bsod, but just reboots.
Tried Prime95 blend test, bsod 0X0000001A, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
FSB at 1600, CPU 3.0, RAM stock settings, all voltages in auto except RAM set manually to 1.9V, black slots
Moved to gray slots, same set-up, same thing bsod 0X0000001A, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

I flashed to P03 about 4 times looking for P1 and P2, lol, then found out it was not in it.

Only P03R2 has it.
This is the EVGA 790i, right?
1 stick at a time in the 1st Grey slot...does either stick work ok?
Try lower memory voltage too... little birdy told me to keep it below 1.85.

Yes EVGA 790i, will try 1 stick at a time when I get home from work. When I tried with both it was with CPU at 3.0 yet FSB at 1600 linked/synced with RAM. I will try your suggestions tonight, and post back the results, still think it is the board though.

Still a no go, tried optimal settings at 1333FSB, still reboots, and BSOD's. I really think I have a crap board. :(

I had that problem on my Gigabyte X48T-DQ6 board running that memory, with memory settings on auto it was running at 1T sat it to 2T no problems. Just FYI (mess me up for 2 days before I saw that)
was trying to setup 0raid and I though that was my problem.
