Ok this is just sad, I am 38 years old and I litterly had a dream last night about computer parts.

I am looking forward to these new toys, but ffs, dreaming about it, I have better things to do. I gotta stop reading the forums.

Still want a dual socket nehalem rig and some larrabee's to play with though soon for nehalem, and 1 year for larrabee...

I had that same dream, only I'm 56.. sad isn't it..
I think it's time to go and find some Suzy Sweetness and get rid of these frustrations.. Either that or get a job at Intel and a coat with big pockets!:D

It's ok. I had a dream that I was benching my HD3850's before and I had a grain-elevator full of dry ice that was pouring into the GPU pots. I woke up the next morning so confused as to what I had dreamed about :p: When you have something on your mind you tend to dream about it. Now.. where did I put that fully insulated grain elevator?

I had that the night before my phase would arrive. I woke up and felt really cold. Never had such dreams before, can't be healthy actually.

I dreamed about getting a refrigerant that had all the properties I wanted. Was called r1000 and gave me -90C single stages with 600W of load. Was awesome. Woke up though and the room smelled like farts...

I had a dream that I got a SkullTrail system, with both CPUs phase cooled.
I played games and benched for a while, then the coolers blew up :(

Weirdly unlike most of you, I've had dreams of making near-completely silent, mobile CPU powered (Merom and such), rigs that uses less than 30watt at full load.

think of it this way, regardless of how good your Graphics card is... It isn't going to perform any of the functions that a GF can :rolleyes:
also doesn't Carmen Electra have Hepitis or something like that?

dude, graphics card don't have thumbs nor any moving part besides a fan and that isn't exactly isn't something you want on your :rolleyes:

Damn, I've never had a dream about hardware, I've had dreams of becoming executive of firms like Intel, Samsung etc... But about new hardware, never... :p:
