Asus P5E3 Deluxe Wifi-AP@n
Hi I am looking forward to doing an xtreme overclock over 5ghz. Currently at 4.5ghz @ 1.58V and the motherboard BIOS restricts upto 1.7V. I got upto 4.9ghz but no more above that and even at 4.9ghz i get blue screen and cant enter OS not enough volt.
Where should i start? I believe i need to order semiconductors from some hynix, infineon or something?
And what are my options? I would like to see what my status is from a birds eye?
So basically I dont know what i have to desolder, but i believe its the two mosfet sheets around the CPU?

What cooling are you running mate?

I have this board & can recommend no using the loadline feature in the bios above 1.6V as voltage becomes very unstable!!!

CPU is being cooled by a modded Vapochill which means i can easily get a 5ghz overclock. "Everything" else is watercooled.
Yea i know above 1.6v the volt gets very unstable thats why i am asking if there are any other mods besides the pencil and that bios flash.
