4gb Ddr2 Kit

Hi.

I want to buy a good 4GB (2 x 2048MB) DDR2 kit, with good OC capability, for an E8400.


I've made this little list:

At this moment i'm aiming the Team Group Xtreem Dark!

I'd go for the ReaperX kit personally, I hear they clock rather well.

if u can get the mushkin but there was only a vary limited run of it, but being reasonable ide get the team group

My favourites are not on the list (G.skill and Corsair Dominator, both pc8500).

The Geil Evo is supposed to be great. Price not being much higher, i'd go with that one.

Currently I have the G.Skill PC2-8000 PQ 4GB, but I can pass them to my second PC.

I need some good mems to OC. I'm still choosing between an E8400 or a Q9450.

Just for FYI, Would the OCZ DDR2 PC2-8500 Reaper HPC 4GB Edition be a problem with my Thermalright Ultra 120 e-Xtreme Cooling on Asus Maximus SE?

The OCZ heatsinks make any difference against the "normal" heatsinks on the Team Xtreem?

powerchips use low voltage so heat spreaders sholdent matter, u will be using 2.0-2.1V so heat isnt a problem

team or corsair would be my picks just get whatever is cheaper, but not the ocz sli those arnt seeing rated clocks
