Confused about 8800GT BIOS Voltmod

I have downloaded the card's BIOS using nvflash, and compared it to other BIOS on the internet. All of the setting seem the same in all the BIOSes except the clock timings, version, and screen labels.

Now, how do you change the voltage to gain that extra .05v? Is it just applying the 1.1v to Extra?

Do you go in the voltage editor and change 1.1v to 1.15v? To you change 1.1v to 1.15v and set Extra to 1.15v?

Do you have to set things other than Extra? Do you have to change voltages other than 1.1v?

Yes

No it won't work. Please not that when you select 1.1V in the bios, the card actually overvolt slightly under load ~+.5V
