HEY, i have some music mixes that are 30min to 2hours long. there are some songs in them that i like. is there a way to cut out a certain length from the mix so that i don't have to bloat by ipod with 200mb of music just for a 6min part? thanks

use audicity 1.3. you can upload it, then use your mouse, select the part you want, copy it by control V, open new audio, and paste. lastly, you save it. tadda!

mp3 direct cut (http://mpesch3.de1.cc/mp3dc.html)

it's free and you don't have to re-encode your mp3 when saving, you just cut out the parts you don't need
