A Lenovo Thinkpad. An R series would be perfect.

Thanks for suggestion,
Thinkpads are excellent but I don't like mouse stick between keyboard, I prefer mousepad.

Most Thinkpads come with both the touchpad and the trackpoint. The R series 'i' does not, while the 'e' does, the T series does, and the X series does not, except the X300.

It's more usable and precise than a touchpad. I still recommend a mouse.

Hey guys, thanks for your suggestions. I have one last question.

What about Dell Latitude D830?
