View Full Version : Massive backup+lead time on f-190hd replacements since september?!?

I spoke to abit tech support to rma a board the other day and there is a major backlog. Apparently, about thirty customers have been waiting on replacement boards, the earliest dating to september of last year. Please do something about this. I'd like to have a replacement board before socket 775 gets outdated, and I'm sure your other customers feel the same way.

When talking with normal rma department people doesn't get you anywhere. Call and dial 0 to talk to the operator.

Then have her connect you with the head of marketing/president/vp

Those are the people who can get things done.

Never underestimate the power of the operator.
