Changes:
Fixed bluescreen when GPU-Z is started
Fixed splash screen not going away in some cases
Fixed crash when GPU registers couldn't be accessed (thanks tDJ)
Fixed shader count for NV44

Main thing are the crash fixes that many people were experiencing with 0.1.8

GPU Temperature is false, it shows the GPU memory temp, not core.. PCB Temp is right, it's the ambient..

The GPU Temperature shows GPU memory temperatuse, not GPU core temp..

GPU Temperature is false, it shows the GPU memory temp, not core.. PCB Temp is right, it's the ambient..GPU and Ambient temps are (still) incorrectly labelled on my G92 GTS.

Same on my 8800 Ultra, temps are reversed and not what Everest or Rivatuner read my core temp as.
