Thumbscrew tap dimension?

What tap would i need for regular thumbscrews like these?:

Those would be 6/32

It's either going to be M3 metric size or #6/32 wire gauge. 6/32 is more common, so that would be your best bet. You can test it by trying to screw in a hard drive or optical drive, which both take 6/32 iirc.
