USB drivers ? Those come on your mainboard CD no? the control centre comes on the CD, and if you want to update your firmware, there's a thread here about that :)

He is right tho... their support section ain't exactly the most fruitful of pages...

P'raps we should bombard em with requests to make available the USB Comms Driver and PPC software and Firmware and a publicly viewable page... u shouldn't have to come to an uninvolved site to find this stuff... imagine a n00b who's bought a prommi but doesn't hang round here... CD gets trashed... and he only has the one rig... you can hunt around all day on the net trying to find those downloads and get absolutely nowhere.

XS should come up as a search result as I've just reindexed it on a few search engines. This place NEVER appears in search results these days...

Thankfully I'm great at finding stuff, but I've spent a bit of time doing that in advance of my Mach II making it.
