Could i overclock E8400 to 4000MHZ with this motherboard for 24\7? All in all, is a good board for overclock?

You prolly could, but be warned I would never do this on a medium range board... I would settle at 3.6ghz if I was you and supply the mobo with extra cooling...

I just did 4 ghz last night on my p5k se w/ e8200, but i just ran spi, didn't do any stability testing. @1.325 volts.
