DFI LANPARTY LT X38-T2R not available, what now? (for e8500)

Hello everyone :up:
Im in a trouble, im trying to build my new rig, and when i thought i had everything i want now i cant seem to find the DFI Mobo (out of stock everwhere , at Spain btw).

So... should i wait them to become avilable?
If you had to choose another mobo, which one would you go for?

I will not do extreme OC, i will try to keep it 24/7 air at 4Ghz if possible! My current amd64 3200+ its runing nice & smooth with DFI LanParty i bought years ago (i really love DFI :D).

So please, help me find a mobo :up:
