Brawl: Best strategy against Jigglypuff (boss)

I'm pretty much done with the single player in brawl, with everyone unlocked except for jiggly. What's the best strategy against him? I just barely beat Wolf, and when I battled jiggly, I'm almost never able to get enough hits on her before she kills me.
