Anyone experience unexpected shutdown at 1600FSB 3.6Ghz?
mine will automatic shut off at 1600FSB 3.6ghz after running prime for 2hrs or hard gaming for 3hrs. no BOSD just shut off(cpu temp were only 51-53c), and if I try to start it up again, sometimes it will spin a little then shut off again, have to wait for like 1min before it can boot up.
Cpu Vcore at 1.489 FSB 1.4v memory 2.2 , I left the rest voltage (spp mcp etc) on auto.

This problem will go away if I run FSB 1400 and 3.15ghz, it is solid stable at this setting.

Do you think the FSB gets too hot? I tried 1600FSB and 3.2ghz, it will just shut down like when I am running 3.6.

Raise spp voltage a bit, improve cooling.

P.S.: Wrong sub-forums!
