Have i dicite to make a trade for a question I have about skulltrail.

I have the D5400SX in preorder at www.mpl.be ,and i have her 2 xeon 5080 CPU's that waiting for action but those CPU's AR whit Hyper-Threading Technology.but I don't know if the D5400SX support Hyper-Threading Technology.and I don't found info about my question on the net.
So the gays whit this bord khan they answered my question by looking around in the bios or test it if they have other xeon whit Hyper-Threading Technology.

Thx for the help

5080's are Bensley cpu's that support hyperthreading.
Not the best as they were the first ones after the nocona's and Irwindales(800FSB Netbursts.
My "guess" is that you will be able to use HT as it's the cpu that decides that not the motherboard.
Now my best advice to you is to dump those 5080's and get a pair of cheap woodcrests like the 5120's or upgrade to quadcore Harpertowns is at all possible like the 5420's or better.
Good Luck..

You will be MUCH happier with the 5410's vs the 5080's..
See if you can squeeze out enough money for the 5420's..
We can show you how to get them to 3000mhz..:D

Yes, Bensley platform, Dempsey chip..
They ran VERY hot..
My error..but the same generation.. The one that followed the Noconas and Irwindales(800FSB xeons)

Damn, I'm forgetting my manners.
Welcome to Xs David from another David!:D

I have no data to back up my statement but I'd say hell yeah. Generations of sprinters apart.........both very fast but it's like Linford Christie vs Asafa Powell:ROTF:
