hey everyone, im going to attempt to install my watercooling in my cm690 tomorrow.
rig contains:
mcr220
120rad
mcw30
silverprop cpu
mcp650
Just regarding the NB i want to run it in parallel to my 120mm rad, like the following with 2xF branches that are 1/2 to 1/4+1/2 (http://www.flabbergast.com.au/f-fitting-1-2-body-to-1-4-branch.html) and using 1/4 barbs on the chipset (gosh they are small)

or would i be better off just going the whole thing in series:

and if anyone has any better configurations for tubing i wouldnt mind to see what you can come up with.

use your head pressure from your pump to get the best flow you can at your blocks. location of radiator in the loop won't affect temperatures and having the reservoir just before the pump decreases the negative pressure on the inlet of the pump making it easier for the pump to do it's job.

seems it will be easiest to route the tubing
i guess i wont branch off the northbridge as well...

RES > PUMP > 120x2 RAD > CPU > 120x1 RAD > NB > RES

would be my routing choice... but was told before, it really dont make much difference because the temps all even out eventually... just keeping the RES before PUMP is important...

see how the tubing looks... some connections are too tight or you may not want tubes criss crossing each other...

i didn't end up using my 120x1 rad, as where you screw the barb into is cracked.
but oh well it goes
Res > Pump > cpu > 220mcr > NB > T > res (needed a T as couldn't fit res where i could fill, but works out well.

idle- 31/27 (ambient between 21-24, elchepo aircon)
load - 45/42 (just with Tat)
thats on e6600@ 3.2ghz
