MY FINAL LIAN LI PC-60 Case mod (2x80mm fans)

RIGHT GUYS!

finally finished my final mod on my Lian Li PC-60 Plus II case.

Actions taken:
Ive made a second 80mm blow hole at the back of the motherboard tray for additional airflow.
Removed some support bars on the side bracket for a cleaner look.
Added rubber edging to almost everything I can edge lol.

So yeah here it is..

Besides the fact that I don't really understand why you mount grills on both sides of your fans, the mods really look nice and clean. Well done. But, you do know that each additional grill adds extra noise, due to the increased air-resistance?

Ah yeah man point taken, i'll probably remove the 2 inside 80mm grills when I get round to splicing both wires together

As I said, besides that it looks really good. My mods usually don't look that clean, unfortunately. :) I'm more the kind of guy who looks for pure functionality.

I do the same thing with double grilling - it's a habit when you either work inside the system a lot, or have the occasional errant wire that likes to tick against the fan. On 80mms it may be a bit superflous, but with 120mms, there's just too much area that wiring can sneak into, or fingertips can wander along.
