Hi to everyone... I am newbie to phase change cooling so i want your advises. I think insulation is the most difficult part of phase change cooling project. I am looking forward to hearing from you some simple ideas. Take a look from a waterblock that was modded to used as an evaporator.
Ps(sorry for my bad english)

hmmm, as you wish...
my old evap head, in a aluminium shell and mounted with screws and poliurethane foam (wich also serves as isolation)
Between the motherboard and head was a gasket made of poliethylene foam

Take a look some photos. Sorry for the bad quality.

you can use silicone(just isnt easily removable)
flowable silicone which is sold at some hardwear stores works best, because is flows like thick water.
or you can make your own by getting a tube a clear silicone, and thining it with acetone to a water like thickness and then pour it where you want it.:D

I took a new case, i paint it black and i put a 80Watt power supply just for the coolers. I have putted a piece of plexi glass just for protection. Basically the whole case will have plexi and neon lamps.
