he best RAM period would be older bh5 chips, typically found on PC3500 modules... Like Mushkin pc3500. Its faster to run at 5:4 2-2-2 then to run todays newer and more expensive ram at 1:1 2.5-4-4

But if you are set on getting PC 4000 Geil seems to be doing well.
