best budget p4 mem/mobo combo?

ya, im selling off this rig, and im getting a prometeia, along with an undecided p4 chip, possiably a 3.2c if i get can get the loot. what would you guys recomend as the cheapest and best mobo and ram?

Well the cheapest good setup would probley be an IS7 with some PC3500 HyperX or XMS but I havent heard any high FSB stories about the IS7 so I have no clue as to how well it OCs.

i have some kingston 3500, but i dont think im seeing the real potenial of it with only 2.8v, i want that 4pdai rev 2 to come.. :( anyone seen one?
