I got myself a r9800SE and it works ok with 8 pipes..
However i'm concerned of its slightly lower scores compared to
it's pro-tagged siblings..
3dm2001 score is on par, but in 03, especially shader and fillrate tests, are a bit on low side.
I tried 2 different pro bioses, but apparently they are ment for samsung rams. One gave artifacts right away, second one limitted
ram oc'ability by a ton..
I've heard of powercolor gold with 2.2ns hynixes, are there others
also?
I might want to try its bios.. if available ;)
