Thermaltake V1 won't fit my new EX38-DS4!

My Thermaltake V1 which I like very much will not fit on my new Gigabyte EX38-DS4 board :( I have a TJ06 case so the cpu winds up at the bottom of the case. The DS4 has the heatsink mounting too close to the edge of the board. Anyone else have this problem ? Anyone know a case that would work better ? Or a cooler that would fit the case I have better (and cool as well as the V1) ?

I am going to try and point it so it blows the air up. I just prefer to have it exhaust out the back, but it will not fit that way on this board:(
