Hi.
I´ve just had my IC7 Max2 and my Enermax EG651P-VE 550w - vmod on 3.3/5/12volt modded.
I just received 2x256mb A-data pc4000. This is running in my Vapo PE.
The problem is that when I increase vdimm to above 3.0v my onboard AND a second netcard went up in smoke! Apparently it doesn´t like that high voltage - but how can I get by this? If I can not get above 3.0v on the ram I can not get the most out of my A-data:mad:
BTW my voltage readings in MBM5 and winbond HWdoctor is;
+12v=12,65-12.71
+5v=5,3v
+3.3v=3,26-3,30v
Any suggestions how to sustain above 3.0v on the ram and still be able to access the internet - so that I can verify my scores?
Please help:confused:

wouldn't you think that +12v is a little high?

btw just for reference, I run 3.0v through my ram in my IC7. Over 3.0v the volts fluctuate too much, but otherwise I have had no problems.

well maybe you´re right about the 12v line but I didn´t really think that would be a problem!?
I don´t think that fluctuations is my big concern ´cause my lines stays pretty much the same also above 3.0v to the ram. I just don´t get why my netcard can´t handle that. This is really bothering me!
