Are temps within expeced range?

Recent build, Q6600 G0, TR Ultima-90 with med. speed 92mm panaflo. Ambient temp 24°C:

3Ghz: 36° 31° 35° 31° Idle
62° 54° 59° 52° Load


2.4Ghz: 35° 30° 30° 34° Idle
58° 48° 49° 54° Load

Question is: Are temps about right, or should I look into removing heatsink and
reapplying AS5 ?

What thermal paste are you using with it now ?

temps look average. did you check the base of the TR Ultima-90 ? do you need to lap it flat ?

I'm using Arctic Silver 5. Haven't entertained the lapping idea yet :shocked:

if its AS5 you gotta let it burn in... see you back here in 9 days or 200 hours of use (off and on).
