What are the best nvidia drivers and tools to get to best out of a geforce fx5900ultra?

a am a newby at nvidia i was always a ati freak , so thats why i am asking

44.03's have always been best for me.
Id think the newer the better for FX cards though.
Just try the new ones and se how you get on.
As for tools:

Guru3D is always great for tools.
Try RivaTuner and NVHardpage for starters.
