Where did you get it? When you say "he" who do you mean? Is the cooler used or is it from a retail store?

From the guy that reviewed it on TT. I paid 520USD for it.
It's one of the only ones out there LOL.
Maybe at some point, I bought it to get some good oc scores off for a QX9650. I'm sponsored by PALiT (http://www.palit.biz/main/index.php?lang=en)to OC some of there cards and need something to dish out some good scores.

Yes that's with delivery.
I'm trying to buy a QX9650 right now.
When I hit pay on my paypay last night it gave me this screen.

So I sent the seller a note last night, asking if I could just send money.
that not good, ya verified your paypal account, normally its a walk in the park :shrug:
I bough something yestrerday with paypal and it worked fine :yepp:
Its actually a good idea to use paypal, if product doesn’t arrive can atleast file a complaint with paypal. If do bank transfer theres nothing to protect you if goods don’t arrive ;)
I know I have been stung in the past bank transfer

Yes, I had it verified yesterday.
I used paypal yesturday as well, just when I went thru ebay I got that error.

Yea, i had this problem in the past as well. I just sent the guy the money manually vs paying his invoice, or through ebay. That worked fine.
