Hi guys

Im just wondering if anyone else has this problem with their Radeon card, or if its just my Sapphire R9600Pro:

Whenever i OC like 3-5mhz on the core in PStrip, the screen gets all marbled and i get dots all over and its impossible to read text. I wont show i screenshot because the only way i can make this go away is by reinstalling everything related to the gfx like pstrip, rage3d tweak and so on.

Im now using the Redline utility by Sapphire and i have no problems. But i need pstrip to cheat with the gamma in cs :)

same here, I also use Redline, should you get better performance with powerstrip or is that the same?

can it be because of locked bios for oc

Perhaps. Now Redline wont let me oc, its locked at 400/300 mhz. Maybe i should bios flash my card with ATi's standard BIOS

hmm. thats wierd. Because my Redline seems to have maxed out now, but its at stock speed... I reinstalled the drivers, and now i cant oc.. Ill try to update to cat 3.6. have been using cat 3.5 for a while.

btw lost prophet, you have a similar system to me, i also have a 1800+ DUT3C, nf7-s.. But i have twinmos PC3700 though. is 12009 your best with your R9600pro ?

Now using cat 3.6 but still, sliders are locked. What version of RedLine and catalyst drivers are you using Lost Prophet? Im gonna try to flash the BIOS soon.

I have the "Built by ATI" 9600Pro card and don't have any problems using powerstrip or Radclocker.

BTW...on straight aircooling (stock) I can do 515 mhz core and 310mhz ram. My ram is Samsung 3.3ns and it won't go any higher :(.

Decent card for the price. I paid 219 CDN.
