Ati 9800pro 128mb VS 256mb

Have any1 tested or knows wich one that oc best of those cards concerning mem speed?
Is it the same type of mem on the cards?
Does the 256mb card give more 3dmarks in 3dmark2001 comparred to the 128mb version?

Looking at the orb, most of the top people are using the 128mb versions. That might be a hint. ;)

Still seems like hit and miss with high mem oc's, but as Aldus said, alot of 128meg cards up there;)
