hey one question guys, if ruffus patches the hole up and oxidation forms, what exactly will that do? I kinda want to know this since I never managed to get to assembling my unit and now my brazed evap is covered with oxidation. Would that simply harm my performance? Or does that actually ruin the part?

that oxidation turns your oil into sand paper and will plug up the cap tube, all ways purg inside the pipe work whilt brazing.

And even then, use a proper filter/dryer but even those can get all plugged up.

here is the pics the hole i found was in the condessor so i have to take it apart so i can cut away some of the fines so i can braze this hole up from some one being dumb and putting a long screw where there should not been a screw at all

thats becuase they are nitrogen purged and vaced to 200 or lower micron in the factory and then sealed.

if you cut into one you have to add a f/d.
